Who We Are

AEO.INTELLIGENCE is a web-based software platform operated by ELPRICELLC, founded in Providence, Rhode Island. The platform is available at app.platformaeo.com. Contact: hello@platformaeo.com.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AEO.INTELLIGENCE at app.platformaeo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

What AEO.INTELLIGENCE Provides

AEO.INTELLIGENCE provides software tools for Answer Engine Optimization including content auditing, content rewriting, FAQ generation, schema markup generation, and AI citation verification. The platform is provided as a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) accessible via web browser.

Your Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials used to access the platform. You agree to provide accurate information when subscribing and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hello@platformaeo.com.

Free tier access is available without payment. Founding Member access requires a valid payment method and active $49/month subscription via Stripe.

Subscriptions and Billing

Founding Member subscriptions are billed at $49/month recurring via Stripe. Founding Member pricing is locked permanently for subscribers who join during the beta period. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AEO.INTELLIGENCE to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

  • Submit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its outputs

  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform beyond normal usage

  • Submit malicious, harmful, or illegal content for processing

Your Content

Content you submit to AEO.INTELLIGENCE for analysis or optimization remains your property. You grant ELPRICELLC a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. Your content is never stored permanently, never used to train AI models, and never shared with third parties beyond the API call required to generate your result.

Third-Party Services

AEO.INTELLIGENCE integrates with third-party services including Stripe, Anthropic, Google, Vercel, and Upstash. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms of service of each provider. ELPRICELLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

Google Search Console and Drive Integration

By connecting your Google account to AEO.INTELLIGENCE, you authorize the platform to read your Google Search Console data and access your Google Drive documents solely for the purpose of providing platform features. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Intellectual Property

AEO.INTELLIGENCE, its tools, interface, and methodology are the intellectual property of ELPRICELLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without express written permission.

Optimized content generated by the platform from your original content belongs to you.

Disclaimers

AEO.INTELLIGENCE is provided as-is without warranty of any kind. ELPRICELLC does not guarantee specific citation results, search rankings, or AI visibility outcomes. Results vary by content, industry, and the evolving behavior of third-party AI systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELPRICELLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AEO.INTELLIGENCE. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Providence County, Rhode Island.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted at platformaeo.com/terms-of-service with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
