1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AEO.INTELLIGENCE at gold.platformaeo.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform. These terms apply to all users, including free tier users, Founding Members, and Agency subscribers.

AEO.INTELLIGENCE is operated by ELPRICELLC, a Rhode Island limited liability company, located in Providence, Rhode Island, United States.

2. Description of Service

AEO.INTELLIGENCE is a cloud-based Answer Engine Optimization platform that provides the following tools: Intelligence, AEO Analyzer, Visibility Check, Content Rewriter, FAQ Generator, Schema Markup, and Drive. The platform audits, rewrites, and verifies web content for AI citation readiness across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot.

The platform is accessible at gold.platformaeo.com. Marketing and documentation are available at platformaeo.com.

3. Accounts and Access

To access paid features you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including a valid email address and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ELPRICELLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform in any way.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier. The free tier provides limited access to platform tools with daily usage caps. No payment method is required for free tier access.

Founding Member. Founding Member access is $49.00 USD per month, billed monthly. A 30-day free trial is available. Your payment method is collected at signup and charged automatically when the trial period ends. The Founding Member price is locked permanently for accounts created during the founding period regardless of future price changes.

Agency. Agency pricing is negotiated directly with ELPRICELLC. Contact hello@platformaeo.com for details.

All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected automatically based on your billing address.

5. Free Trial

The 30-day free trial provides full Founding Member access at no charge. A valid payment method must be provided at signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged $49.00 USD and monthly billing will begin automatically.

To cancel before the trial ends, go to your Stripe customer portal or contact hello@platformaeo.com before the trial end date.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the platform until the end of the period for which you have paid.

Refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with AEO.INTELLIGENCE within the first 30 days of your first paid charge, contact hello@platformaeo.com for a full refund. No questions, no forms. After 30 days from the first paid charge, refunds are issued at the discretion of ELPRICELLC on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AEO.INTELLIGENCE to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform or its underlying methodology
Resell or redistribute platform outputs without written permission from ELPRICELLC
Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform outside of officially supported integrations

8. Intellectual Property

AEO.INTELLIGENCE, its methodology, scoring system, interface, and all associated content are the intellectual property of ELPRICELLC. The platform name, logo, and brand identity are owned by ELPRICELLC.

Content you submit to the platform for optimization remains your property. ELPRICELLC does not claim ownership of content you input into the platform tools.

Content processed by AEO.INTELLIGENCE is not stored, used for model training, or shared with third parties. All content is processed server-side and discarded after each session.

9. Third-Party Services

AEO.INTELLIGENCE integrates with the following third-party services:

Anthropic Claude API — content analysis and rewriting
Perplexity API — citation checking
Google Drive API — document storage via OAuth
Stripe — payment processing
Upstash — session data storage

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. ELPRICELLC is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AEO.INTELLIGENCE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ELPRICELLC does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will produce specific AI citation results for any particular page or query.

AI citation outcomes depend on factors outside ELPRICELLC's control, including the policies and algorithms of third-party AI systems. AEO.INTELLIGENCE provides tools to improve citation readiness — it does not guarantee citation by any specific AI engine.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELPRICELLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AEO.INTELLIGENCE, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

ELPRICELLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ELPRICELLC in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELPRICELLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Changes to Terms

ELPRICELLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted at platformaeo.com/terms-of-service with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AEO.INTELLIGENCE shall be resolved in the courts of Providence County, Rhode Island.
