30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with AEO.INTELLIGENCE within the first 30 days of your first paid charge, contact us at hello@platformaeo.com for a full refund. No questions. No forms. No conditions.
This applies to:
Founding Member subscriptions
Any paid session within the first 30 days of billing
Free Trial
The 30-day free trial provides full Founding Member access at no charge. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
To cancel during the free trial:
Go to your Stripe customer portal, or
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain full platform access until the end of the paid period
No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window

After the 30-Day Window
Refunds after 30 days from the first paid charge are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@platformaeo.com with your account email and a description of the issue. ELPRICELLC will respond within 2 business days.

Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms of Service
Charges older than 90 days
AI Citation Outcomes
AEO.INTELLIGENCE provides tools to improve AI citation readiness. Citation outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including the policies and algorithms of third-party AI systems — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Bing Copilot. The platform optimizes content structure for citation readiness and documents grade improvement. It does not guarantee citation by any specific AI engine.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies regardless of citation outcome.
