Who We Are

AEO.INTELLIGENCE is a web-based software platform operated by ELPRICELLC, a company founded in Providence, Rhode Island. The platform is available at app.platformaeo.com. Contact: hello@platformaeo.com.

What Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Email address — collected when you submit the beta access form, get-started form, or subscribe via Stripe

  • Full name — collected optionally on access and subscription forms

  • Company name and website URL — collected optionally on access forms

  • Payment information — collected by Stripe on our behalf; we never store card numbers or payment details directly

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — which tools you use and when, collected to improve platform performance

  • Session data — browser type, device type, and general location (country/region level only)

We do not collect, store, or process the content you paste into the platform for any purpose other than returning the requested analysis or optimization output in your current session.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver platform access and tool outputs

  • Send transactional emails, including payment receipts and access confirmations

  • Send weekly citation monitoring reports if you have enabled monitoring

  • Respond to support requests sent to hello@platformaeo.com

  • Improve platform performance and tool accuracy

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your Content

Content you paste into AEO.INTELLIGENCE — including page text, URLs, and brand names — is processed server-side via the Anthropic API to generate analysis and optimization outputs. Your content is never stored permanently, never used to train AI models, and never shared with third parties beyond the API call required to generate your result.

Third-Party Services

AEO.INTELLIGENCE uses the following third-party services:

  • Google — Search Console and Drive integrations via OAuth. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

Cookies

AEO.INTELLIGENCE uses minimal session cookies required for platform functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Data Retention

  • Email addresses and membership status are retained for as long as your account is active

  • Payment records are retained by Stripe per their data retention policy

  • Content submitted for analysis is not retained after your session ends

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Request deletion of your personal data

  • Cancel your subscription at any time via Stripe

  • Opt out of non-transactional emails at any time

Children

AEO.INTELLIGENCE is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at platformaeo.com/privacy-policy with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
